Inactivity Policy

• To maintain active status, all accounts must execute at least one trade within a 30-day period.

Consequence of Inactivity

• Termination: Accounts inactive for 30+ days will be hard breached and permanently closed.
• Profit Eligibility: Terminated accounts forfeit all profit withdrawal rights.
