Gambling Rule
RECKLESS DRIVER RULE
At no point during your race may your open exposure exceed 3% of your reference balance.
- Your reference balance is determined by your current position on the grid:
- If your balance is above your starting balance — the 3% is calculated from your starting balance
- If your balance is below your starting balance — the 3% is calculated from your current balance
EXAMPLES

| Scenario 2 — Behind the grid | $100,000 | $99,000 | 3% of $99,000 = $2,970 |
The further back you fall, the tighter your limits become. The circuit adjusts — and so must you.
ALL-IN DRIVING PROHIBITION
- All-in driving is strictly prohibited. Concentrating your full account into a single position is not a strategy recognised on the HyperFunding circuit.
Violate this rule and you receive an immediate Black Flag — a hard breach with no appeal and no restart.
